Whole Beef Deposit

Ordering a whole beef (whole steer) is one of the best ways to guarantee Berkeley Beef in your freezer all year long. You can make a deposit for your whole beef at anytime, which secures your place on our whole beef list until your Whole Beef is ready the following summer — the perfect amount of time to prep freezer space!

Total cost of a whole beef (approx. 400 pounds of beef) is $3,599. The deposit will be deducted from this amount! Delivery is within 4 weeks of your order date if you are at the top of our list. Depending on how many customers are in front of you will determine how long until your beef will be ready. The sooner you place your deposit, the sooner you will get your beef! 

Your deposit guarantees a whole beef for your family, and your final cost will be charged when delivered/picked-up. You will receive at least 400 pounds of beef at $9/pound (that's right—ribeyes for $9 a pound!). This includes all processing and vacuum sealing for your beef at no additional cost.

Our goal is to provide quality cuts of beef that you can use appropriately for each season! (Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter)
