Quarter Beef Deposit

Ordering a Quarter Beef (quarter steer) is one of the best ways to guarantee Berkeley Beef in your freezer all season. You can make a deposit for your Quarter Beef at any time, which secures your place on our Quarter Beef List until your quarter is ready the following summer — the perfect amount of time to prep freezer space!

Total cost of a Quarter Beef (approx. 100 pounds of beef) is $1,099. The deposit will be deducted from this amount! Delivery will be between July and September, depending on when you get on our list. 

Your deposit guarantees a Quarter Beef for your family, and your final cost will be charged when delivered/picked up. You will receive at least 100 pounds of beef at $11/pound (that's right—ribeyes for $11 a pound!). This includes all processing and vacuum sealing for your beef at no additional cost.

Our goal is to provide quality cuts of beef that you can use appropriately for each season!

- 1 Top Round Roast
- 1 Bottom Round Roast
- 4 Stew/Kabob Meat Packs
- 2 Philly Steak Packs

GROUND
- 65 one-pound packs of ground beef
